The following policy is applied for all cancellations:
• more than 60 days prior to arrival: your deposit is refunded, minus 15 EUR per room & bank fees.
• 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total booking amount is due with a minimum of one night.
• less than 30 days prior to arrival: the remaining balance per room is due.

Cancellations and/or modifications must be written noticed.

You will be reimbursed from the time that we receive your deposit on our bank account; there might be a slight delay in order for us to ensure that your deposit is actually on our account.

Terms and Conditions :
• For any booking made within 7 days or less before your date of arrival, your right of cancellation cannot be exercised.
• Should you shorten your stay, you will be charged, per room, 30 % of the total number of cancelled overnight stays with a minimum of one night.
• Generally, the room is available from 3.30pm on your day of arrival and is checked out before 11am on the day you’re leaving.
• Extra charge for late departure (only with the authorization of the manager(s) and according to the schedule):
- from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm: ½ day;
- from 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm: 1 day.

As soon as you give us your bank details and/or pay a deposit, you agree to accept the abovementioned terms of sale and cancellation.

Our hotel is non-smoking (décret n°2006-1386 du 15/11/2006).interdiction_fumer

Pets are not allowed.

Overnight stay can be paid in advance

Method of payment:
• preferably credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
• cash: 500 € notes are not accepted and other notes are subject to inspection
• Should your stay be longer than 7 days, an intermediate payment corresponding to the number of overnight stays spent in our hotel shall be requested halfway through your stay. The deposit is deducted at the end of your stay.
